The object of the Auction are the works of art presented for sale by their owners. According to the declarations, the entrusted objects are their property or they have the right to dispose of them, and they are also not subject to any judicial and tax proceedings, they are free of seizure and pledge, as well as any third-party claim. .
The organizer of the Auction is Feanorean, ul. Strandzha 31, 1303, Sofia, Bulgaria, hereinafter referred to as the Auctioneer.
At the gallery headquarters, all items put up for auction are available for viewing, and will also be available for collection there, the canvases are not fitted in a frame.
The auction is carried out in accordance with Polish legal regulations via the OneBid Internet platform.
The descriptions contained in the auction catalog may be completed or modified by the Auctioneer or person indicated by him before the start of the bid.
All the objects of the Auction have a fixed starting price. It is also the minimum price below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the item.
20% auction fee must be added to auction amount - This is the final price of the auctioned item, due within 7 days of the end of the auction.
The price of the article is in EUR.
In the event of buyer's delay in payment, the Auctioneer may withdraw from the contract with the buyer after the ineffective expiration of the additional payment period.
The right of ownership of the auctioned object and its collection occurs after the buyer pays the entire amount auctioned together with the auction fee.
Feanorean reserves the right to cancel the Auction at any stage before its commencement without giving any reason and without incurring any liability on this account.
Auctioneer does not offer shipping services for purchased items, but at Buyer's request, Auctioneer may ship items at Buyer's expense. The Auctioneer is not responsible for any damage that the object may suffer during transport.
